The residential application is now open for this year's Michigan State Historic Preservation Tax Credit program! Owner-occupied residential applicants in historic districts like Boston-Edison may apply for the 2023 state historic preservation tax credit. There is a three-part application process to apply for the state credit, which will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A portion of the application requires a signature from a city official; these are handled by the Detroit Historic District Commission.
