After submitting your ballot, please stay for our special guest speakers: Kim Tandy, District 2 Manager and Maurice Telesford, Sherwood Forest Association President. Mr Telesford will share his experience with the new City of Detroit Special Assessment District (SAD). Sherwood Forest was one of a handful of neighborhoods to be part of this first SAD cohort. He will describe the process and explain details regarding the creation of these unique neighborhood service agreements.
